Job Description
The Commercial Business Partner plays a critical role within our Vehicle Solutions division, helping drive performance through insightful analysis, commercial acumen, and proactive partnership with key stakeholders. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Operations, and Sales to influence strategic decisions and support our ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
 * Lead and deliver margin improvement initiatives, ad hoc commercial projects, and explore opportunities in new territories or acquisitions
 * Develop and enhance reporting tools and KPIs to support senior management with clear, actionable insights
 * Build and maintain robust financial models, including our 5-year strategic budget and rolling forecasts
 * Oversee and analyse weekly and monthly commercial reporting with a focus on unit economics and margin performance
 * Identify and implement system and process improvements in collaboration with Operations and Sales
 * Act as a key commercial partner across teams in Great Britain and Ireland, driving performance improvement
 * Contribute to various ad-hoc projects and initiatives that support strategic goals
Qualifications
 * A commercially minded, analytical thinker with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
 * Strong financial modelling skills and a clear understanding of key commercial drivers
 * Excellent communicator and team player, able to influence at all levels and work independently
 * Comfortable managing deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
 * Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience
 * Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
 * Proven track record in delivering process improvements and championing continuous improvement
