Capgemini’s long history and significant experience as a Service Integrator (SI) has been recognisied within UK Defence and we need to continue to attract the best talent to support our Defence clients achieve their goals.As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:* Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.* Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.* Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.## **Your profile:*** Have experience in the Defence sector, incl. the Ministry of Defence (MOD), Defence consultancies, and/or Defence suppliers.* Have delivery experience within Defence Programmes, e.g. Capability Acquisition, Research & Development, Digital Transformation, Capability planning/Strategy or In-Service Support.* Are self-sufficient and autonomous, undertaking responsibilities with minimal oversight.* Are willing to learn and evolve, applying yourself to tackle new problems.* Are willing to work with a broad range of stakeholders, at a range of locations.* Have a strong commitment for self-developmentDesirable technical skills and experience (one or more of the following):* Project, Programme, Portfolio Management (P3M) experience, including holding APM and MSP qualifications* HMT Business Case development, including operational analysis and options appraisal* Requirements Management* User research, Business Analysis and Defence Business Change Management* Defence approach to Training Development (incl.
