Sales Negotiator
Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our successful Jones & Chapman residential sales team in Little Sutton.

Your Role as an Sales Negotiator
The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
6. Generating and booking property valuations
7. Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
8. Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
9. Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
10. Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will:
11. Ideally, have previous sales experience
12. Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
13. Deliver outstanding customer care and service
14. Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
15. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
16. Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
17. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
