About the Role
We are looking for a Researcher to join our thriving company within our Marketing Team. As a Researcher with us you will research and collect details of tenders and be involved in ongoing research of these tenders up to submission date together with post tender information gathering.
Note: This is a 12 month FTC role
Responsibilities
* Calling clients and getting information on new tenders.
* Asking lots of questions, keeping rapport going and making sure you get all the info needed (youll be trained on what we need and why but the rest is up to you!).
* Getting all the information gathered onto our system, so you need to be super confident on the phone and also great with Administrative work.
* Busy days with lots of calling and varied conversations with different people.
Qualifications
* Experience of being on the phone, important for someone who has done sales, customer service or something similar.
* Great with Administration, with some experience of this in a past job.
* Ability to work Monday to Friday during office hours on a full-time basis (37.5 hours a week).
Required Skills
* Confidence on the phone.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in sales or customer service.
