Active Blackpool is excited to invite applications for the role of Health & Wellbeing Coach within ourGet Out Get Active programme, funded by Activity Alliance. This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with adult social care and recovery services, helping individuals increase their physical activity and improve their overall wellbeing.
As part of our Active Communities team, you will play a key role in supporting adults who face barriers to being active, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. Through motivational coaching and tailored support, you’ll help individuals overcome challenges and engage in activities that enhance their physical and mental health.
