Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Assistant, located in Lincolnshire.
Working hours 9am - 5pm. Salary £28-32K DOE.
The Marketing Assistant plays a key supporting role in the planning, coordination and delivery of Kyoto's marketing activity. The role is focused on helping to build brand awareness, engage customers and support sales across all marketing channels, including digital, print, email, social media and exhibitions.
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Commercial and Product teams to ensure that product launches, campaigns and exhibitions are delivered on time, with accurate content and strong visual impact.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident in crafting clear and engaging copy
* Good eye for design and detail, with an interest in visual consistency and brand presentation
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a proactive approach
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small fast-paced team
* Understanding of marketing principles (channels, audiences, campaigns) with enthusiasm to learn more
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and/or Premiere Pro), Canva or similar tools
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience using email marketing platforms and/or website content management systems
* Previous experience in marketing, design or content role, or a relevant degree (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Design)
