A growing business in Southwest London is looking for their first HR Manager. As such, you will implement their HR policies, processes and procedures and oversee everything within the HR remit.
This is stand-alone position, encompassing employee relations / performance management, HR systems & compliance, recruitment and compensation & benefits. The company have global offices and ambitious growth plans thus looking for an experienced HR Manager to take the business to the next level.
If you are confident giving HR advice to managers and staff, managing onboarding and offboarding, HR policies, appraisals and promotions and dealing with disciplinary matters, and are ready for an exciting challenge, this could be the role for you. It's a full-on 360 HR role, which is both transactional and strategic and lots of scope to implement ideas.
Develop and deliver an effective HR plan across the business both UK and oversees
Day to day responsibility for HR functions in line with company growth plans and values
Identification of HR gaps and implementation of suitable strategy
Delivery of key projects and initiatives from an ambitious recruitment plan through to systems implementation, ER strategy, pay and benefits overview and full employee lifecycle management
The role comes with lots of autonomy, and you will work closely with the senior leadership team to build out the HR framework. The role is hybrid, with a mix of office and home working. Whilst getting to grips with the role, they would be keen to have someone who is happy to attend the office in SW London frequently and therefore lives within easy commutable distance of Putney.
