The role of the Engineering Supervisor is a middle management position, you will be responsible for managing and developing 5-10 engineers, playing a lead role in projects, leading root cause analysis into failures, attending managerial meetings as well as completing some hands on work when required. Skills required for an Engineering Supervisor: The Engineering Supervisor with have strong leadership and management experience. Be a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias and Electrical Qualifications. Ideally come from a Food or FMCG Manufacturing background. Be Flexible and have a hands on approach. Experience of working on and leading projects. Ability to drive change and excellent communication skills. Self-starter who is accountable for self and encourages others to do the same.
