What you'll be doing
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a hands-on but leadership-focused role, supporting and guiding engineering teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:
1. Leading and organising shift handovers, prioritising workloads, and providing technical support to engineers.
2. Coaching and mentoring junior engineers, supporting training, PDPs, appraisals, and team development.
3. Driving health and safety, machine availability, and liaising closely with production.
