We're looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide reliable, organised support across the business. This role is key to keeping things running smoothly, whether that's managing schedules, coordinating projects or making sure day-to-day operations are handled with efficiency and care.
What you'll be doing
* Managing diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
* Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked.
* Handling correspondence, documents and reports with accuracy and discretion.
* Supporting the wider team with administrative processes and project coordination.
* Maintaining office systems and records to ensure information is up to date and accessible.
* Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and professional support.
* Proactively identifying ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
