White House Dental is looking for a friendly, organised and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our well-established team. We've proudly served our community for over 50 years, offering quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.
What you'll do:
* Greet patients and manage front desk operations
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars
* Handle patient records and insurance processing
* Answer phones and respond to enquiries with professionalism and care
* Process patient payments and manage billing enquiries effectively.
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day.
What we're looking for:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Previous dental or medical reception experience preferred (but not required)
* Organised, reliable, and a great team player
* Computer-literate with experience using SOE Exact (a plus)

Hours: Monday to Friday
Timing: 8.15am - 5.15am
Salary: Dependent on level of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
