* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
* Provide individual and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
* Prepare and organise learning resources and materials.
* Supervise students during activities and breaks.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents/guardians.
* Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the school.
Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
* You possess an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service.
* You have full eligibility to work in the UK.
* You have a minimum of 6 months of UK work experience in an educational setting working with primary-aged children.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You possess patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
* You are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* You have strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
* Relevant educational qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
