Are you a Panel Wireman, Electrical Assembler, or similar looking to join a well-established engineering company that will provide full training, regular overtime, and long-term career progression within the growing process and water industries?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected electrical engineering company employing over 50 staff, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical installations and bespoke control panel solutions. The business designs and manufactures electrical control panels for the process industry, working on a wide range of projects across the water and wastewater sectors.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing bespoke control panels from electrical schematics. Working within a close-knit production team, you will play a key role in ensuring panels are built to the highest standards, with opportunities to develop your technical skills through ongoing training and occasional site-based work.
This role would suit a Panel Wireman, Electrical Assembler, Production Operative, or similar looking for a stable Monday to Friday position with an early finish on Fridays, overtime opportunities, and long-term career development.
The Role:
* Assemble and wire control panels from electrical drawings
* Layout components and install equipment within panels
* Carry out quality checks and testing procedures
* Prepare completed panels for delivery to customers
* Support other production and factory activities when required
The Person:
* Experience using hand tools, crimping, drilling, or electrical assembly
* Keen to learn and develop within an engineering environment
* Commutable to Kington, Herefordshire
