This is a temporary position within a small Facilities team, supporting the firm's daily office operations. Prior supervisory experience in facilities is essential.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Managing office and stationary supplies.
2. Handling and distributing incoming post.
3. Assisting with new joiner and temporary setup arrangements.
4. Responding to general maintenance requests.
5. Assisting with office moves.
6. Supporting fire safety and health & safety compliance.
7. Occasionally covering reception duties.

* Immediate availability.
* Experience within a law firm or professional services environment at facilities coordinator level.
