Graduate Finance Broker – Based Northamptonshire Basic Salary £36,000 with OTE c£80, 000 uncapped, plus benefits My client is seeking ambitious graduates who are seeking to build their career within a B2B financial sector. This is a 2-year graduate training programme where you will fast track your career and receive 1-2-1 training and mentoring, whilst receiving an excellent basic salary and an uncapped OTE. As a high performing Graduate Finance Broker, you will actively develop new and existing relationships with clients through telesales, social media trade events and networking. As a Graduate Finance Broker, your role will be to offer clients financial solutions such as asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance and property finance. You will be support by the sales support team along with access to a wide range of funders and effectively analyse financial requirements and key financial documentation. As a Graduate Finance Broker, you will be contacting potential clients through outbound calls, positioning financial solutions in a consultative manner and passing qualified leads to the sales team. We are looking for someone who has a natural flair to build telephone rapport alongside the ability to drive sales processes to completion and achieve key KPI targets in a highly competitive and lucrative environment. Candidate Skills * Degree educated in a related discipline * You will be a motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely whilst building rapport and trust * Resilient with the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced meritocratic environment * Strong commercial acumen, with an interest in business * Dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial, self-starter approach Duties * Conduct outbound sales activity to establish rapport and interest with potential new clients, ultimately building a pipeline and securing new business opportunities * With a customer-centric approach, qualify client interest through a consultative sales process to understand their commercial standing * Write and prepare proposal documentation and credit applications, including working with clients to gather appropriate financial and non-financial paperwork * Record all sales activity on the CRM * Build and maintain a pipeline of live opportunities
