Paramount Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a beautiful restaurant, In Lyme Regis, Dorset, who are seeking an exceptional and dedicated Head Chef.
The successful Head Chef will be a dynamic leader and passionate individual, whilst being flair and creativity to inspire other chefs within the brigade. The head chef will take full ownership of the kitchen operations, from menu concept and design, to leading and inspiring an ambitious team of chefs. With a huge emphasis on fresh and high quality dishes, the successful head chef will be passionate about providing a high end dining experience with use of locally sourced, organic, fresh ingredients.
Head Chef responsibilities to include;
6. Creating and executing innovative, seasonal tasting menus that highlight the best local produce.
7. Managing and mentoring a dedicated brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, discipline and creativity.
8. Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and kitchen efficiency.
9. Controlling costs, managing budgets and optimising kitchen performance.
