We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role provides day-to-day HR support with a focus on employee relations case management, while partnering directly with managers and teams across the company. Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR support with a focus on employee relations case management
* Partner with managers and teams across the company
Qualifications
* Strong experience in employee relations casework, including investigations and resolution
* Solid knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practice
* Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Experience using HR systems
* CIPD Associate membership (Level 5 qualification or working towards desirable)
* Experience in an operational HR environment (preferred)
