About the Role
As a Supervisor with New Look, you will work with your Store Manager to implement the ultimate shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service, and they want to return back to us. You will inspire your team to ensure that our customers look good and can express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You\'ll achieve this by setting exceptional standards and leading your people to deliver high quality results.

* You are committed to your own development, pursuing tailor-made development plans from the Online Academy with support from your Store Manager.
* You have previous retail management experience in a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering results through a team.
