Social Worker – Children's Services - SurreyMyn is currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Social Workers to join high-performing Children's Services teams within a well-established local authority. The Opportunity:You will work across specialist children's services teams, managing a varied caseload and delivering high-quality statutory social work interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing assessments and safeguarding interventions
* Managing child protection and care planning processes
* Working directly with children and families to achieve positive change
* Building effective multi-agency partnerships
* Promoting the voice and lived experience of children in all decision-making
* Delivering clear, outcome-focused plans that improve long-term stability
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW or equivalent)
* Registered or in process of registering with the HCPC
* UK statutory children's social work experience
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and child protection processes
* Excellent assessment, analytical and communication skills
* A compassionate, resilient and child-centred approach
