Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Contract: Temporary ongoing
About the Role
We are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our client, a Wastewater company, at their Portland site. This role will support the Operations Team, Deputy Operations Manager, and Service Team with day-to-day administrative activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident learning new systems. You will be the sole Operations Administrator on site but will work closely with a wider team of schedulers and operational staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the Operations and Service teams
* Updating and maintaining internal systems and databases
* Supporting scheduling and operational processes
* Managing customer and operational records accurately
* Processing information through CRM and business systems
* Assisting with general office administration duties
* Supporting communication between teams and departments
* Handling Microsoft Office tasks including spreadsheets, emails, and documents
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous administration experience within an office or operations environment
* Confident using Microsoft Office packages
* Experience using CRM systems or similar business systems
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central would be advantageous but is not essential.
