Plastic Surgery Services provides a relaxed atmosphere just minutes from the busy metropolitan areas near Hagerstown. The facility has a state-of-the-art, fully certified plastic surgery center at their Maryland location and offers a variety of popular cosmetic procedures.
Case Assignments:
Case Mix: Plastics and General.

Schedule Includes:
1. Tuesdays and occasional Wednesdays (8 hour shifts)

Responsibilities:
5. Assist in the directing and coordinating of Activities in the Anesthesia Department
6. Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious ad/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
7. Pre-anesthesia assessment
8. Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
9. Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
10. Induction, maintenance and emergence from anesthesia
11. Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
12. Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements:
13. M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
14. ECFMG and FLEX
15. Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
16. Currently licensed as a Physician
