Location: Garstang, Preston
Salary: £45,000- £55,000 per year (DOE) + £5,000 registration Bonus + Annual Bonuses

What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage a 5-bed Children’s Home in line with Ofsted and regulatory standards
* Develop and maintain personalised care plans for each young person
* Recruit and develop a stable, high-performing team
* Assign and support Key Workers
* Create a home environment that is nurturing, safe, and child-focused
* Handle safeguarding concerns and manage complaints effectively
* Collaborate with parents, carers, and professionals
* Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings
* Ensure commercial and operational targets are met
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare (1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years)
* Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (essential)
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management (preferred; or willingness to enrol within 6 months)
* Strong knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, and childcare regulations
* Confident communicator with excellent leadership and organisational skills
* Understanding of trauma-informed care and managing challenging behaviours
* Full UK driving licence (required)
