We’re seeking a candidate to join our team as an EMEA Wellbeing and Benefits Director within the Human Capital Management division.
The Human Capital Management division provides advice and insights to attract, retain, reward, and develop a talented global workforce, supporting employees with the tools they need to succeed. This is a Director-level position within the EMEA Benefits and Pensions Team, responsible for managing, monitoring, and developing Benefit and Pension Programmes across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The team operates across all business lines and is supported by an outsourced service centre responsible for delivering Benefits, Pensions, and Wellbeing initiatives. The team aims to enhance the appreciation of employee benefits, develop competitive benefits, and govern risk and costs. This role reports to the EMEA Head of Benefits and Pensions and the Global Head of Wellbeing.

What You'll Do In The Role
1. Program strategy and coordination
* Assess current mental health and wellbeing programs for competitiveness, gaps, and opportunities.
* Review industry benchmarks for wellbeing and benefits.
* Design and implement new mental health and wellbeing initiatives, focusing on improving employee experiences within budget constraints.
* Partner with global teams on wellbeing initiatives, managing global projects and implementations.
* Collaborate with teams across the firm, including HCM Business Partners, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Services, and Community Affairs.
* Support the Firm’s Global Wellbeing Board and lead the EMEA Wellbeing Board, coordinating meetings, working groups, and engagement activities for senior leaders.
1. Employee engagement
* Coordinate awareness campaigns and webinars on health and wellbeing topics, using data to gauge relevance and impact.
* Organize onsite wellbeing initiatives like preventive screenings and campaigns.
* Create communications and marketing plans to promote mental health and wellbeing resources to employees and families.
* Lead a network of wellbeing “influencers” to support mental health and drive cultural change.
2. Vendor and program management
* Oversee daily operations of mental health and wellbeing vendors and programs.
* Evaluate program outcomes and utilization, monitor performance guarantees.
* Handle administrative issues and member escalations.
