Our client, Oldham council is seeking a Adult's Advanced Practitioner to join their MASH Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
* Conducting detailed assessments of safeguarding referrals, often involving complex cases requiring specialist knowledge and skills.
* Identifying and managing risks associated with safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate interventions are implemented.
* You will ensure that all statutory duties and local safeguarding procedures are followed in line with the Care Act.
* Work closely with partner agencies, such as the police and healthcare providers, to ensure effective communication and collaborative decision-making.
* Provide expert guidance and support to less experienced staff, offering mentoring and training in safeguarding principles and practices.
* Contributing to the overall development and improvement of the MASH team, ensuring high standards of practice.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
