Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in London. The Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal support, including drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing legal materials, and maintaining case files. Responsibilities also include assisting solicitors with legal proceedings, ensuring compliance with court deadlines, and communicating with clients to provide updates and gather necessary case information.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Law and legal practices
* Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
* Exceptional Research and analytical skills to support case preparation
* Excellent verbal and written Communication skills for working with both clients and legal professionals
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
* Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
* Relevant certification and/or a qualification in Paralegal studies or legal education
* Previous experience in family law or related legal fields is necessary
* A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Paralegal is required
