London South Bank University is excited to be recruiting for the post of Salesforce Trainer and Administrator within our IT Services Department.
This position offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in how Salesforce is adopted across the organisation. You'll play a key role in helping departments unlock the platform’s value while developing a well-rounded blend of technical and soft skills. From hands-on admin work to stakeholder engagement and training delivery, this role will offer you opportunities for growth and development.
About You
We’re looking for a candidate who brings a strong mix of technical ability, communication skills, and a proactive approach to user engagement — someone who can help deliver the full value of Salesforce to users across the university. You should have:
* Extensive experience administering and configuring Salesforce, ideally within a higher education or similarly complex environment
* A proven track record of delivering effective user training and/or support across a diverse user base
* Confidence in managing core Salesforce administrative tasks such as user access, permissions, data security, and system configuration
* The ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to support change management initiatives
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences
The ideal candidate will hold Salesforce Administrator certificate or any other equivalent -and highly motivated, with the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions. Experience with Boomi, Azure, or similar integration or cloud technologies is also highly desirable.
