Purpose of Position
In this role you will be responsible for supporting our Operational teams, producing route plans and roster patterns to ensure capability is maintained in the most cost effective and compliant way without compromising service levels.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting our Operational teams analysing volume forecasts, producing route plans and roster patterns to ensure capability is maintained in the most cost effective way without compromising service levels.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Analysing and manipulating data from spreadsheets and other in-house systems which will enable you to report on volumes of parcels
2. Monitoring and assessing the progress of on-going projects
3. Identifying ways to reduce costs by implementation of agreed processes which will increase efficiencies
4. Liaising with Hub Management to resolve any issues within the Network and promote efficiencies
5. Liaising with the Network to arrange ad-hoc collections
6. Liaising with Depot Management of Operations Support to plan efficient routes
7. Maintaining effective communication between Hub and Network
Qualifications
What we’re looking for;
8. A Graduate; ideally Mathematics or other Analytical or Statistical Subject
9. You will be analytical, data focused, highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail
10. Someone who is focused on reducing operational costs and create efficiencies
11. You will be able to work as part of a team and build rapport with other departments

13. You will have a strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of formulas and other Microsoft/G Suite packages
14. Someone that really enjoys resolving problems and demonstrates high levels of self-motivation and flexibility.
15. An confident communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels
