Key Responsibilities:
* Provide engineering support to the Commercial team.
* Discuss complete specifications with Engineering & Manufacturing departments.
* Understand key customers’ products and services.
* Coordinate with Commercial & Engineering to consolidate specifications and recommend configurations.
* Prepare quote packages, including drawings, cost estimates, and documentation.
* Stay informed of supplier pricing, products, and services.
* Drive the 80/20 qualification initiative for opportunities where appropriate.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customers and co-workers.
* Participate in customer support programs and development projects.
* Comply with health and safety policies.
* Support company values, including ethical conduct and integrity.
Additional Duties:
* Communicate company and product values through presentations and meetings.
* Research and report industry trends and purchasing behaviors.
* Maintain accurate activity reports.
* Participate in meetings, sales events, and training programs.
