Job Title - Senior Sales Negotiator
Salary - 26,500 - 30,000
Location - Bingley/Bradford
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:45-17:30 plus some Saturdays 8:45-13:00
Our client a leading estate agency is looking to add a Senior Sales Negotiators to their teams in Bradford and Bingley.
The Senior Sales Negotiator will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing client relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to negotiating deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Manage and negotiate property sales from start to finish.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Provide expert advice on property values and market conditions.
* Arrange viewings and follow up with potential buyers.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in using property management software and CRM systems.
