Your new role
As a Geography Teacher, you’ll be delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach KS5 depending on your experience. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning and teaching high-quality Geography lessons
2. Encouraging students to explore environmental issues and global interdependence
3. Supporting students in developing map skills, fieldwork techniques, and critical thinking
4. Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment activities
What you'll need to succeed
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
6. Experience teaching Geography in UK secondary schools
7. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the natural and human world
8. Excellent classroom management andmunication skills
