An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Projects (Security Infrastructure) to lead the full life cycle delivery of a complex security installation programme across a high-profile portfolio. This role will play a critical part in shaping the strategic and operational execution of integrated security systems within the built environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead pre-construction activities and develop the full project delivery roadmap
* Drive the procurement and resourcing strategy to ensure timely, cost-effective deployment
* Oversee the end-to-end programme delivery, from initiation to handover
* Manage internal teams and subcontractors to deliver turnkey security solutions
* Develop robust commissioning and client handover processes
* Maintain full P&L and compliance oversight across all project portfolios
🎓 Requirements:
* Degree in construction, surveying, engineering, or related discipline
* Recognised project management qualification
* Electrical or security system qualifications
* IOSH Managing Safely (NEBOSH Construction desirable)
* Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act 2022
🛠️ Experience Required:
* 10+ years in construction or engineering project leadership
* Hands-on experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
* Track record of delivering public sector programmes and client-facing delivery
* Proven installation experience with AMAG Symmetry and Gallagher systems
* Commercial acumen with strong budget and compliance oversight
