Purpose
As a Commercial Analyst within London CIV's Commercial Team, you will support the delivery of the Fit for the Future (FFF) implementation programme. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll play a key role in strengthening the team's advisory capabilities, supporting Partner Fund asset transitions, and enhancing relationships with Partner Funds.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with Solutions Managers and internal teams to help deliver a range of commercial workstreams and services.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
* Programme Delivery & Service Development
Support the design and implementation of new services under the FFF programme, including Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), LGPS PASS, and pension officer support.
* Asset Transition Support
Provide analytical and project management support across asset transition activities, including coordination of Investment Management Agreements (IMAs), tracking deliverables, timelines and risks.
* Partner Fund Reporting & Advisory Support
Prepare briefing materials, reports and research to strengthen the team's advisory capabilities and support Partner Fund reporting.
* Client Relationship Model
Work with Solutions Managers to evolve the client relationship model, focusing on data capture, internal reporting and Partner Fund insights.
* Committee & Meeting Preparation
Coordinate and prepare committee packs for Solutions Manager meetings, sourcing data from investment, Responsible Investment (RI) and CRM teams. Draft briefing papers for use by the Chief Commercial Officer in meetings.
* Cross-Team Collaboration
Engage with internal teams (investment, operations, compliance, RI, CRMs) to ensure seamless delivery of commercial projects and services.
* Information Management
Develop and maintain a centralised bank of key commercial information for reuse across services and reporting.
* Operational Support
Assist with redemptions and subscriptions processes, including gathering and packaging relevant documentation from Partner Funds.
* Process Improvement
Contribute to documentation, scalable service models and process enhancements across the Commercial Team.
* Ad-Hoc Analysis
Support with scenario modelling, data analysis and preparation of client-facing materials as required.
