CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR – CHORLEY - C£24K – PERMANENT – FULL TIME
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Administrator.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is a strong team player, and has a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive environment. As part of a close-knit team, you will receive full training and the support you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a high volume of phone calls across various parts of the business
* Processing orders efficiently and accurately
* Managing four busy email inboxes
* Raising quotations and following up on them
* Responding to stock inquiries
* Coordinating and arranging deliveries
* Providing product or service information to customers via phone and email
* Keeping customers informed about the status of their orders
* Working with an in-house system and maintaining databases
* Sourcing new leads
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have previous experience in customer service or sales order processing
* Be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
