A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Team Leader to join a fantastic business.
With no day ever being the same the Engineering Team Leader role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring safety and compliance.
Prioritise breakdowns and plan PPMs to reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate records and manage engineering stock levels.
Provide hands-on assistance during breakdowns and collaborate with production.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Strong communication and leadership skills with team management experience.
Strong fault-finding ability and understanding of engineering principles.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Familiarity with PLC systems and small project management.
