The role of Building Host in the property sector involves supporting the efficient running of facilities, front-of-house and space in a shared meeting and by ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional on-site service. Description
The Building Host will:
* Act as the first point of contact for building tenants and visitors, providing professional assistance and support.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building reception, ensuring all facilities are maintained to a high standard.
* Be actively involved with the marketing team organising business events and activities.
* Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
* Manage tenant requests and ensure their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
* Assist with the implementation of health and safety procedures within the building.
* Support the Facilities Management team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to building operations and tenant interactions.
Profile
A successful Building Host should have:
* Previous experience in building or office management.
* Excellent customer service skills and client management experience.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues effectively.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to building management.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
* The ability commute to Bolton on a daily basis.
* Some flexibility to work outside normal working hours to cater for business events.
