As a Kitchen Porter at Hawksmoor,
you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team, helping keep everything clean,
organised and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where
you’ll support chefs during service and play a key part in maintaining high
standards of hygiene and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
* Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised
throughout service
* Wash dishes, pots and kitchen equipment to a high
standard
* Support chefs with basic prep and general tasks
when needed
* Manage waste and recycling responsibly
* Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all
times
Who You Are
* Reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in
* Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
* A strong team player who takes pride in doing
things properly
* Organised and able to work efficiently under
pressure
* Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not
essential, full training provided
