Overview

HR Administrator

Our established and well-known client based in Telford is looking for a temporary full time Human Resource administrator to join their successful team based at the heart of their business.


Responsibilities

* Being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries.
* Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
* Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
* Enter employment data into the company database, organise meetings and take minutes.
* Assist higher-level HR staff with the hiring process.
* Set up recruitment and training events.
* Answer employee inquiries.
* Create staff handbooks and newsletters.
* Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations.


Ideal Candidate

* Have HR administration experience
* Be passionate about building client relationships
* Excellent communicator
* Have attention to detail
* Willing to learn
* Happy to work both independently and as part of a team


Hours

9-5pm Monday - Friday


Salary

£12.21 per hour
