Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences & Related Industries
£25,465 per annum
Glasgow, hybrid role (2 days in the office)
Position Objective:
The key purpose of this role is to support the hiring of laboratory scientists and related positions across the Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, FMCG, Food & Drink, and Clinical sectors. You’ll work with an established client base and a steady flow of roles—meaning no cold calling or sales. This is a delivery-focused position where your expertise in recruitment will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
* Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline.
* Develop relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
* Qualify roles and provide full briefings to stakeholders.
* Offer consultative advice to clients on market trends.
* Maintain regular engagement with clients and Managed Service Providers.
* Support candidates throughout the recruitment process: CV advice, interview preparation, feedback, offer management, salary negotiation, and onboarding check-ins.

Essential Experience & Attributes:
* Degree in a STEM subject or scientific experience (preferred).
* Previous recruitment experience (preferred, not essential).
