CNC Turner & Programmer – Datchet
ASAP Start | Temp to Perm (12 Weeks)
£14.00 – £22.00 per hour PAYE (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (30-minute break)
We’re currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner & Programmer to join a precision engineering company based in Datchet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC turning machines.
Write and edit CNC programs to produce high-quality components.
Use Fusion 360 and other CAM software to create and optimise tool paths.
Ensure parts are machined to drawing specifications and tolerances.
Carry out routine checks and maintenance on machines.
Work to deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy.
Desirable Experience:
Experience operating Haas lathes and SD15 machines is very beneficial
Ability to operate CNC milling machines would be an advantage.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and precision machining.
