What You'll Be Doing:
You'll take ownership of the day‑to‑day marketing function, ensuring projects are delivered effectively, on time and to a high standard. Lead the team with energy, encouragement and focus. The team works exceptionally well together and believes in collaboration and delivering the end goal toegther.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the development and delivery of the wider marketing strategy
* Managing, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing marketing team
* Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
* Overseeing organic social media activity across key platforms
* Managing external agency relationships across paid media, SEO and digital marketing
* Ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, packaging and customer communications
* Supporting website performance and ongoing optimisation
* Planning and delivering exhibitions, events and industry showcases
* Leading internal communications initiatives
* Monitoring performance and reporting on marketing KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement

To be considered, you’ll need a few years of experience in a similar space -premium/luxury retailer that delivers high‑quality products. Be confident in multitasking, have excellent management skills a close attention to detail, and a proactive solutions‑led approach.
