SEN Teaching Assistant (KS1 - ASD) Location: Harrow Pay: £105-£120 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term, full-time About the Role Long Term Futures are seeking an experienced and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a supportive primary school in Harrow. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support, using structured routines, visual timetables and positive behaviour strategies to help the pupil access learning and regulate emotions. The role includes supporting phonics, early literacy, numeracy and social interaction, while promoting independence and confidence.
