Stratford District Family Help Team, part of Warwickshire County Council, is looking for a social worker to join our family‑focused team based in Stratford Upon Avon. The service works with children aged 0‑18 and covers a range of work from Child In Need support to child protection, PLO and court work, children in care and adoption.
About the Role
We are recruiting for the role of Social Worker in our Duty & Assessment Pod and for a Social Worker within our Support & Intervention Pod.

Key Requirements
Applicants must hold a professional Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
Salary & Benefits
A market supplement may be available for Experienced Social Workers (Grades K, L, N), up to £51,726.00 per annum (includes a £3,500 pro‑rated market supplement). Relocation allowance up to £8,000 may be available from 1st April 2026 where policy criteria are met.

Additional Information
Successful applicants will be subject to pre‑engagement checks, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The Fluency Duty for this role is required; accurate spoken English to the public is mandatory.
