Location : West Midlands Area Hours: Part-time/Flexible/Variable Hours considered Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Bank/Freelance (employed or self-employed) Spire Workplace Health are looking for dynamic, efficient, and confident Occupational Health Advisors to support our Occupational Health Services on a part-time, self-employed or bank basis (hours are flexible and/or, on an ad-hoc basis). This is an exciting opportunity, where you will provide high-level support for our well-established occupational health team and actively engage in the day-to-day delivery of clinical services. Essential Requirements: Registered Nurse in the UK (NMC) Relevant Occupational Health Qualifications. Up-to-date knowledge of OH and case management experience. Health surveillance experience is desirable. Flexible and experienced in the delivery of face-to-face clinics as well as online assessments. Key Responsibilities: To provide high level advice, support, and clinical guidance to our clients. To support case management referrals and the writing of quality reports. Oversee and conduct health surveillance activities (if needed). About You: Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Good interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral. Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Applications & reporting platforms. Resolute and punctual. Can work autonomously and in a team. Hiring Criteria: Copies of relevant documentation.
