About the Role:
As a Care Coordinator Trainee, you'll begin your journey with a mix of fieldwork and office-based tasks. Over time, you'll take on more responsibilities within the office and develop the skills needed to manage care delivery efficiently.
Your duties will include:
* Providing hands-on care: personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance
* Supporting clients in accessing the community (e.g. appointments, outings)
* Conducting spot checks, assessments, and client reviews
* Assisting with training and mentoring new care staff
* Liaising with health and social care professionals
* Learning to manage staff rotas and scheduling visits (full training provided)
* Participating in on-call duties (as part of the rota)

* A car driver with access to your own vehicle (essential)
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
