A rare opportunity to become our Maintenance Manager has arisen. In this role you will lead a team of 10 people to manage our 24/7 facilities and assets to ensure continuous production. You will help us to continually develop site work processes, ensure regulatory compliance and help us continue to deliver results which are the best of industry practice level. This is a Monday-Friday role. How You'll Contribute In this key role, you will: Manage a multi-disciplined team Deliver incremental improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Manage service contracts, having responsibility of a budget of circa. £2million Collaborate with Continuous Improvement Function partners, be accountable for deploying the Global Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Programme.
