This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive finance team within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of the credit control function. Manage and maintain the sales ledger to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices Proactively chase overdue payments via phone, email, and customer communication Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment queries efficiently Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Allocate incoming payments accurately and maintain account records Produce aged debtor reports and provide updates to management Monitor customer credit limits and assist with credit checks where required Work closely with internal departments to resolve invoicing and account queries Support month-end processes and reporting requirements Benefits: Competitive salary Company pension Hybrid working (1 day) 37.5 hours per week (flexi start / finish times) 25 days holiday bank Onsite parking
