Bathgate Academy is a comprehensive, non-denominational school serving a cluster of five primary schools.
The school roll is projected to be 1210 in session 25/26, with numbers steadily rising due to local housing developments and increased community confidence in our educational standards.
Our motivated staff, students, parents, carers, and the community have worked hard to enhance all aspects of our school.
This Admin Officer role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative support within Bathgate Academy. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate financial functions and administrative operations, following West Lothian Council policies and procedures, to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the school. The role involves working closely with staff, parents/carers, and learners.
