To support our growth, we seek a Business Development Manager in Belgium to expand our market presence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Own the Sales Cycle – From prospecting to lead generation to closing deals, you will lead the process.
2. Hunt for New Leads – Use calls, emails, networking events, face-to-face meetings, and fairs to bring in new business and drive growth.
3. Build Lasting Partnerships – Develop strong relationships with industry players to promote cross-sales and increase brand awareness.
4. Think Creatively – Shorten sales cycles, generate new ideas, and pursue ambitious goals.
5. Get to Know Your Clients – Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, as well as the competitive landscape.
6. Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with other departments and utilize HubSpot to stay organized.
Your Profile:
* 3-5 years of experience in a sales-driven role with a hunter’s instinct.
* Customer-focused, energetic, persistent, and driven—no challenge too big.
* Tech-savvy, experience with SaaS sales is highly advantageous.
* International mindset and willingness to travel to meet clients.
* Motivated by the fast-paced startup environment and eager to make Qargo the market leader.
* A team player with a win-as-a-team mentality.
* Excellent at building lasting relationships inside and outside the company.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
