About The Role
As a Skills Practitioner, you will provide Learning/Technical support to staff and students within the Plumbing and Electrical Training Centre, and undertake assessment and quality assurance duties as required by the College and awarding bodies.
You will liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders, provide feedback to students to aid their successful progression and achievement, and manage stock control, including ordering and issuing supplies.

About You
We seek an organized and efficient team member with excellent communication skills who can facilitate learners and provide demonstrations to support outstanding provision within EKC Group.
The ideal candidate will have recent industrial experience in building services, with experience in education or workplace training preferred. You should be able to work with young people to help them achieve their potential, aligned with our culture and ethos.
You will be responsible for maintaining high Health & Safety standards in practical environments and purchasing resources within budget.

Note: Salary scales for Lecturer positions start at the introductory scale unless criteria are met. Internal applicants may qualify for higher scales after one full academic year of teaching, subject to approval.
