Job Description
We are seeking aProduction Managerto join our team, with salary dependent on experience. Working in a small team, you will oversee daily production lines to ensure high-quality food-to-go products with minimal interruptions. Responsibilities include managing rotas, HR processes, and keeping training up to date. Thisfast-paced, hands-on rolerequires experience in a production environment, ideally in food. The day starts at 6am, finish times vary with production volumes, and applicants must be available to work5 days across a 7-day schedule, including weekends.
